Scott Campbell – Program Manager – Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant

Scott has been  with KC Immigration Services since the creation of the company in 2011 and is a member of the Immigration consultants of Canada Regulatory Council – ICCRC . Scott has worked extensively in Canadian Immigration cases, he provides a full complement of professional services and support in assisting clients. A native of Prince Edward Island, Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in engineering at the University of New Brunswick. His previous background and experience in project management make a perfect combination to manage all phases of the applications to immigrate to Canada.

On a personal level, Scott shares his passion for sports with his four children and wife.

Kerri Carpenter – President

Kerri Carpenter is a lawyer, entrepreneur and hockey player/mom. Kerri studied Economics at Dalhousie University and earned her undergraduate degree in 1994. Having entered the workforce for several years, she then went on to complete her law degree at the University of New Brunswick.
Kerri began her legal career by entering private practice in New Brunswick, moving home to Prince Edward Island after a few years. After several years of private practice with a regional firm in Charlottetown, Kerri opened her own firm, Kerri Carpenter Law Office. With a diverse client base, her practice included civil litigation, all areas of business, commercial and contract law, real property, and wills and estates. Kerri now practices primarily in the area of immigration law and facilitating foreign work placements and investment opportunities.
Kerri is the former Chair of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) PEI Branch Immigration Law Section and is currently serving as the CBA PEI Branch President.
Kerri lives in Stratford with her husband, Scott, and their four children. Kerri is also engaged professionally and personally in her communities. Kerri has been an active volunteer with local sporting groups, having served in various roles within these organizations over the past twenty years. She has served as a member of Hockey PEI’s Minor Council, co-chair of Hockey PEI’s Female Steering Committee and as Vice-President of Pownal Minor Hockey.
